We have the wattage to engrave on: marble, glass, leather, all kinds of woods, plastics, and cardboards. We can cut: ply woods, balsa, plastics, papers, foam board, cardboard, and fabrics of all kinds. Take a look at some of the example pictures we have up. We can scan non copyrighted images and artwork and put it on the above materials. The International Miniature Aircraft Association, Inc. (IMAA) is formed for the purpose of fostering and advancing the operation of large scale radio controlled model aircraft in a setting where informality and safety of operations prevail. Additionally, it is formed to create an atmosphere where pleasure, recreation, fellowship, and co-mingling can be fostered and found to exist amongst individuals enjoying the sport of building and flying large scale radio controlled model aircraft.

Although IMAA is a standalone association, we are also the Academy of Model Aeronautics' (AMA) largest special interest group *. AMA is the world's largest sport aviation organization, representing a membership of almost 155,000 from every walk of life, income level and age group. AMA is a self-supporting, non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote development of model aviation as a recognized sport and worthwhile recreation activity.

The AMA is an associate member of the National Aeronautic Association. Through NAA, AMA is recognized by the Federation Aeronautique Internationale (FAI), the world governing body of all aviation activity, as the only organization which may direct U.S. participation in international aeromodeling activities. The segment of the FAI which deals with aeromodeling is the CIAM, the International Aeromodeling Commission.

The AMA is a self supporting, non-profit organization whose purpose is to promote the development of model aviation as a recognized sport and worthwhile recreational activity. It is the world's largest sport aviation organization, representing a membership of more than 170,000 aeromodeling enthusiasts from every walk of life. AMA is the chartering organization for more than 2,500 model airplane clubs across the country and is the official national body for model aviation in the United States.

Access to and distribution of flying scale model building hints, contest data, flying techniques, AMA, NASA, and U.S. Scale Masters through articles and mentoring from many of the world's finest flying scale modelers, our contributing editors. An electronic magazine for an exchange of ideas, methods, and experiences contributing to better flying scale model craftsmanship, and piloting skills.

Our Club is located near Walter E Long Municipal Park and the Exposition Center, off Decker Lane on the East side of Austin, TX. ARCA now has a 575 ft asphalt runway (recently expanded!) and covered meeting areas located on 20+ acres. The club is AMA chartered and welcomes guests to fly at the field for $3/day if the pilot's AMA membership card is current. Out of town guests may fly free. Applications for membership can be obtained here on the site, or at the field. Spectators are not charged an admittance fee. For events the best hours to come see the pilots fly is from about 9:00 am till dusk on Saturday. During Events a concession stand will be open at the field with burgers, dogs, cokes and water. LARKS was formed in 1968 as a hobby club dedicated to the advancement of model aviation and the promotion and enjoyment of the hobby/sport of flying radio controlled (R/C) model aircraft. The founding "Charter" members of LARKS are: Ned Barnes, John Embry, Ron Hicken, Charlie Staton, Dick VanDyke, and Jim VanDyke. Approximately 50-60 members make up the LARKS family. The Lake Area Radio Kontrol Society has been a Louisiana corporation since 1976.

The Tejas (pronounced: Tey-Haas) RC Association hosts several RC meets every year which are very popular with out of town RC pilots, the surrounding communities and our Winter Texans.. or winter tourists. We are located just minutes away from some great resturants and fantastic shopping in romantic Old Mexico and one of the cleanest & pristine beaches in the USA, South Padre Island.
